Clinical Psychologist

BAppSci (Hons) Psych, MClinPsych (MAPS)

Sally completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology in Melbourne in 2007, having returned to University as a mature age student. She has an interest in yoga and meditation and has completed a Certificate of Yoga Sciences in Mysore, India.

Sally has worked in a variety of clinical roles across both the public and private health sectors and has always maintained an involvement in private practice. She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society (CCLIN).

Sally’s clinical experience includes working with adults in all areas of clinical psychology including the Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Anger Management, Stress Management, Adjustment Disorders, Grief and Loss and Relationship difficulties.

Sally also has extensive experience in the area of trauma working with veterans of the Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq Wars who are living with PTSD, first responders and survivors of sexual abuse.

She is focused on understanding the clients experience and working collaboratively with them to reach their goals and to live their best life. Sally utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
